When the house originally had an electric water heater in the garage it would take up to 5 minutes to get hot water to the master and cabana bath. The circulation return line runs from the kitchen island to the demand heater ensure instant hot water throughout home. The control for the heater is located in the master bedroom hallway and is programmed to come on during certain times of the day and shut off at night to conserved propane when hot water is not needed.

It also has a quality Battery Tender brand battery maintainer attached to keep the battery in good condition (an ongoing issue with standby generators) The generator is set to "exercise" for 12 minutes once per week.
